About the Shocks:

Heavy Duty Range: RAW 4×4 Nitro is a gas shock absorber that will improve ride quality by reducing body roll and increasing vehicle stability.

Combining an expanded body for extra oil capacity and nitrogen gas for additional cooling purposes. RAW Nitro shock absorbers will outlast many of its well-known rivals at a competitive price.

Well suited to the recreational 4WDer who is looking to lift the vehicle and improve overall suspension performance.

About the Leaf Springs:

RAW 44 leaf springs have been designed to achieve the best possible ride for your 44 whilst increasing your ride height, load carrying ability and improving overall suspension travel.

Features:

• Made from high quality steel -Military Wrapped Eyes for extra safety in the instance of a main leaf breaking
• Diamond Cut – Drawn tapered & diamond cut leafs to aid in load distribution over a larger surface area
• Anti Friction Liners – Scrag testing ensures the spring takes a permanent set, reducing the chances of the leafs sagging. Inter leaf anti friction liners between the springs leafs to reduce friction and improve ride comfort (Excludes some part numbers)
• Clips – High strength alignment clips with nylon insulators to reduce wear and noise. Nyloc nuts are used to secure the clips to prevent losening which can lead to tyre damage.
• Two Stage Leaf Pack – Two stage leaf pack for additional support when the vehicle is heavily laden. Please note: The above features are represented as an example, some springs in our range may not have all the above features

All Dobinsons coil springs are load tested and scragged 100% to eliminate subsequent spring sag, and ensure they meet and maintain the required specifications. We also perform spring fatigue and hardness testing using in-house state of the art testing equipment.

About the Bushing Kit

These bushings are often overlooked when upgrading the suspension of a 4WD.

Leaf spring bushings stabilise the movement of the rear axle, inferior bushes in this area will cause the solid rear axle to move and impart rear end passive steer to the vehicle.

It also causes the vehicle to “wander” all over the road and be unstable under heavy braking.

This can be especially noticeable carrying a load or towing a boat or caravan.

The OE rubber style bushes are designed to work at standard height with standard tyres and with standard loads.

By fitting SuperPro Bushings and upgrading to Greaseable Shackles the rear end of your 4WD will handle just about anything you can throw at it!

About the U-Bolts

If you are going to upgrade your suspension why reuse old componentry which can lead to premature wear or failure of your new suspension components. To complete your suspension kit, it is highly recommended that you replace the original UBolts

Over time due to the high stress of holding the suspension and axle together, U-bolts can stretch in the threaded section, rust in harsh environments or if raising the vehicle a longer a U bolt is sometimes required. For a small investment a set of new U-bolts will give you peace of mind that your leaf springs are securely fitted to your vehicle.

Load Rating:

These kits come with medium duty leaf springs (0-200kgs) and medium duty coils (0-40kgs). If you need higher rated parts please contact us for further information.
