This knife features a gorgeous walnut wood handle, sourced locally from sustainably managed forests in the Jura region. The Sandvik 12C7 stainless steel Yatagan blade requires no special care and will not rust or tarnish, and a carbon content of 0.4% adds to its sharpness.
