The Outdoors in the Upper Blue Mountains

Description

The Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, contains a wide variety of walks, climbs and canyons. This book describes many of the walks available with all standards of walk included – from the most basic beginners walks to the most adventurous and testing. Each walk is graded (1 to 6 scale) and a distance or estimated time are provided with a map and and description of how to find the start and how to get back to your starting point at the end. Most of the walks are short – likely to take a half day or less, though there are several longer walks – up to 5 days. The book includes 162 separate walks – something for everyone.
